Yes. On paid plans you get Brand Voice AI. That means Revibu learns from your past replies, your wording guidelines, and your product context (RAG). Replies stay consistent with your tone: friendly, premium, humorous, strict… whatever your style is.
Always. You can choose per automation whether replies are auto-sent, queued for review, or just drafted. Many teams auto-send positives and simple issues, while keeping edge cases for humans.
Google Play and Apple App Store. You can connect multiple apps and multiple workspaces. Our roadmap includes additional sources, but the focus stays on app reviews first.
Automations are rules that react to reviews. Example: “If rating ≤ 2 and contains ‘crash', create a Jira ticket and ping Slack.” You choose triggers (rating, keywords, language, sentiment, version, country) and actions (reply, alert, ticket…).
Yes. You start with proven templates like: bug → ticket, feature request → backlog, refund complaint → human review, positive review → auto-thanks, competitor mention → escalation, etc. You can clone and tweak them in seconds.
Slack, Microsoft Teams and Discord out of the box. Higher plans can also use webhooks for custom routing. Alerts are real-time and scoped to your rules.
Jira, Notion and Linear. When a review matches a rule, Revibu creates a clean issue with title, repro context, metadata, and link back to the original review.
Nothing breaks. Replies above your limit will be queued as drafts or paused for auto-send, depending on your settings. You can upgrade at any time to unlock more volume.
Yes. Reviews can be detected and replied to in many languages. You can set per-language rules or use a single automation across all locales.
Security is a first-class feature. Store credentials are encrypted, access is scoped to your workspace, and we never sell or train public models on your private data. You stay the owner of everything.
You own all content. We keep data only to provide the service (history, analytics, brand voice). You can delete integrations or your workspace at any time, and data is removed according to our retention policy.
Yes. Plans are monthly or yearly. Canceling stops future billing and your account falls back to Free at the end of the period. No lock-in.
Yearly billing gives you 20% off compared to monthly pricing. You can switch between monthly and yearly whenever you want.
All prices shown are excluding VAT. If you're a business with a valid VAT number, VAT won't be charged (reverse charge). Otherwise, your local VAT will be added at checkout.
